Spring Break return to online learning week of 4-6-20

Hi Matadors!! First of all let me just say we are all missing you guys!! I hope you are all doing great and staying healthy.  Follow the daily guidelines we are receiving in regards to staying inside and social distancing.  Try and keep things positive.  Laughter helps a lot.  I want you to stay as active as possible while keeping up with our guidelines for social distancing.  Exercise really, really, really helps.  Keep a journal of your workouts and send them to me via email or message me on instagram.  Yoga, imaginary jump rope in place, sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, our daily stretches.  I will keep posting workouts.  Try a combination of all of these for at least 20-30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week if possible given you have a safe spot to do these exercises and your parent/guardians permission.  I will give you updates on grading by the end of this week as we(the teachers and administrators) figure out the very best way to help you.
