Todays workout
Good afternoon World's Greatest 8th graders!! Wanted to share these 2 pictures with you. This was my workout today. Notice the number on bottom left of my watch. That is my heart rate. Use a target heart rate calculator (easily found on Google) to see what your target heart rate is. It is related to your age and the intensity of your workout. I usually try for 75% intensity during the workout portion of my exercise routine. If you don't have access let me know through my rowland email.
The second picture is from my elliptical machine. I spent 80 minutes 15 minutes warm up, 60 minutes workout, 15 minutes cool down. Then 2 x 50 sit ups. Have you tried any of the exercises on the exercise log? Try and get at least 20-30 minutes a day. I will soon be adding Instagram to my social media so we can follow and stay connected and keep moving. Please use the exercise log so I can see your progress. I hope you are all staying healthy!!!
