Wed. 2/28 HW: Complete rough draft/ or start on Final Draft

***PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO WATCH THE VIDEO OF THE CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA FAMILY'S WATER CONSERVATION! They added a note: The City originally capped water use at 87 liters (23 gallons) per person per day, but on February 1, 2018 the city changed that amount to ONLY 50 LITERS OF WATER PER PERSON PER DAY!!!  THATS ONLY 13.23 GALLONS A DAY!! YIKES!!
If you fixed your rough draft in class today and had it approved and received the Special Big White Paper then you can start on your Final draft for HW tonight :D! If you came to class with a rough draft that did not follow the theme for this years Water Poster then you had a chance to change or fix it in class today- if you were not done fixing it that is your HW tonight. If you came to class with NO rough draft then making one tonight and bringing it to class for approval tomorrow is your HW. Students will be able to work on posters in class all day tomorrow Thurs. 3/1 and Friday 3/2. If it is finished by end of class you can turn it in (:- If you need the weekend to finish then you can turn it in at the beginning of class on Monday 3/5 for full credit BUT NOT AFTER THAT. Those students who are actively trying to Win the Water Poster Competition (Grades 7-12 category) and Have ALREADY spoke to me regarding this, will get more time on their entries. I must say I have quite a group of talented students this year :D!! I think we will have quite a few that will catch the Judges Eyes!!!
