Throughout the year we will be studying life science using a variety of activities such as, but not limited to, labs, projects and activities, diagrams, models, Cornell notes, videos, study skills, thinking maps, etc. We will be following the California State Standards for Life Science. Topics include, but are not limited to, The Metric System, Characteristics of Living Things, Plant and Animal Cells, Cell Division, Heredity/Genetics, Darwin's Theory and Evolution/Geologic Time, and Plant Reproduction. |

With cold/flu and allergy season upon us,I have so appreciated all the Kleenex donations as well as the school supplies from the cards on my door at back to school night! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I am now good for Kleenex but am on my last container of Anti Bacterial Wipes for the students to clean their desks and counters with. I will give 3 gold cards for one container of wipes up to 2 Containers/6 Gold Cards per student. Lysol or Clorox are well known brands but the store brands are good too.
